Thee Step Process
* Our staff organizes sessions for each patient.
Our goal is that the patient will have fewer trips and dedicated appointments to reduce wait time and scheduling fatigue.
Three Step Process
Feedback Appointment
Once testing is complete, our neurologists review the results and determine the diagnosis. Patients and their families return for a follow-up visit, typically within five to six weeks of the initial evaluation, depending on test result availability.
During this comprehensive appointment, the neurologist will explain the findings, review the diagnosis, provide education, discuss treatment options if appropriate, and offer support resources. Patients may also meet with our clinical research team to learn about clinical trial opportunities.
Patients leave with a written report summarizing the diagnosis, recommendations, and treatment plan.
